We began roasting for our own shops in 2015, but have since collaborated with wholesale accounts across the region to offer excellent coffee and the support to serve it well.

Currently a blend of Finca Pensamiento and Gran Quetzal, Benchmark is the backbone of our coffee program. Robust and comforting as a drip, chocolatey and smooth as a cold brew, and with enough brightness to cut through milk in any latte.
 
The body is heavy.
The acidity is high.
The roast level is medium.

Tasting Notes: smoke, spice, dark chocolate

Currently a blend of Finca Pensamiento and Gran Quetzal. Robust and comforting as a drip, chocolatey and smooth as a cold brew, and a smoky, bold, espresso.

This is the same combination of beans as our Benchmark, but taken a dozen degrees hotter and 30 seconds longer when roasted.

It is the darkest coffee that we offer.

Coffee decaffeinated with this eco-friendly sugar cane process leaves their facility 99.7% caffeine-free and ready for our team to roast. This process leaves the beans with a clean, bright, sweet taste.

If a picture is worth a thousand words, just imagine what an entire bag of coffee is trying to say. In an effort to translate, we rigged up our printer so that you can name and gift a bag of coffee to your friend or family member.
