Currently a blend of Finca Pensamiento and Gran Quetzal. Robust and comforting as a drip, chocolatey and smooth as a cold brew, and a smoky, bold, espresso.

This is the same combination of beans as our Benchmark, but taken a dozen degrees hotter and 30 seconds longer when roasted.

It is the darkest coffee that we offer.

This decaffeinated blend is incredibly smooth and versatile. It makes a delicious espresso, cold brew, and drip.

Coffee decaffeinated with this chemical-free, Swiss Water® Process leaves their facility 99.9% caffeine-free and ready for our team to roast.

Brazil, Fazenda Do Condado

Produced by Ibriam Chaib De Souza, who’s owned this farm nestled in the Mantiqueria mountain range 1100-1200MASL since 1980. The land from which the coffee originates is renowned for its growing conditions and fresh water springs. Very approachable and balanced, Fazenda Do Condado’s natural process adds a subtle fruitiness to the flavor profile

Guatemala, Finca Pensamiento

Since 2020 we've been purchasing Finca Pensamiento, a single origin, washed-process coffee from Dina Monterroso's farm in Guatemala. The berries grow 1630 meters above sea level before they are harvested, processed, and shipped here to the States. This crop is the backbone of our Benchmark Blend, but it's also delightful roasted on its own.⁣

Finca Pensamiento sits on the threshold between the balanced and adventurous parts of our lineup. Coffee tastes like coffee, but if you're paying attention, it also tastes like a lot of other things. This one has notes of golden apple, milk chocolate, cider, and caramel.

Ethiopia, Wush Wush

Origin: Ethiopia 
Processing: natural
Tasting Notes: green apple, raspberry jam, sun tea 

Wush Wush, the most recent addition to our line up is from the southwest highlands of Keffa, Ethiopia, which is known for its fertile highlands. Grown 1850-1950 MASL by approximately 2,500 local farmers, most of whom qualify as “garden farmers”, Wush Wush is a natural-processed coffee that comes from an heirloom, low-yield, rare variety bean that’s picked, then brought from the surrounding countryside to a washing station for further processing. 

The result of all this effort is a final cup with a unique flavor profile–fruity and sweet with strongly developed flavors that put it at the adventurous end of our offerings..
