Why does this digital upgrade matter?

Instead of your membership lasting for the calendar year, it will instead be available for 12 full months, regardless of when it’s purchased.  You’ll still receive a physical keychain, but your free drink punch card will actually live on your smartphone so you can access and track those sweet rewards more conveniently.  (Even if your keys happen to be in the ignition of your vehicle at our new drive-thru.) 

Whenever the keychain is mailed, it's included in an envelope with a QR Code to access the app.  This means you can purchase the membership as a gift, but the rewards won't begin to be used until the recipient logs in.

Costa Rica, Sugar Rush #2

Tasting Notes: malt, orange, cocoa

Introducing Sugar Rush #2, a honey-processed bean from Costa Rica! Coffee of the Tarrazú region, from where this coffee comes, is known for its exquisite flavor. The warm climate, soil enriched by volcanic ash, mountainous areas, and heavy rainfall of the country all contribute to the growing conditions that are ideal for the arabica fruit. Harvested 1300 meters above sea level, this coffee has a clean, sweet, and fruity taste with moderate acidity levels. 

Coffee tastes like coffee, but if you're paying attention, it also tastes like a lot of other things. Sugar Rush #2 has tasting notes of malt, orange, and cocoa and sits in the balanced part of our line up. 

Guatemala, Finca Pensamiento

Region: Guatemala
Processing: Washed
Tasting Notes: golden apple, milk chocolate, cider, caramel

Since 2020 we've been purchasing Finca Pensamiento, a single origin, washed-process coffee from Dina Monterroso's farm in Guatemala. The berries grow 1630 meters above sea level before they are harvested, processed, and shipped here to the States. This crop is the backbone of our Benchmark Blend, but it's also delightful roasted on its own.⁣

Finca Pensamiento sits on the threshold between the balanced and adventurous parts of our lineup. Coffee tastes like coffee, but if you're paying attention, it also tastes like a lot of other things. This one has notes of golden apple, milk chocolate, cider, and caramel.

Nicaragua, Finca La Huella

Region: Nicaragua
Processing: natural
Tasting Notes: dark chocolate, raspberry, red wine

From seed propagation to post-harvest production at their dry mill, the Miersch family, fourth generation coffee producers of our newest natural process, single-origin coffee, Finca La Huella, has changed the game on quality and nano lots in Nicaragua. The farm from which our newest roast comes sits 1315-1400 meters above sea level, where a dense fog covers the 76 hectares of coffee bushes for around 60% of the day. The lack of sunlight from the constant fog results in cherries that are dense, sweet, and highly aromatic.

Coffee tastes like coffee, but if you're paying attention, it also tastes like a lot of other things. Finca La Huella has tasting notes of dark chocolate, raspberry, and red wine and sits in the adventurous part of our line up. 

Benchmark Blend | Colombia
espresso / drip / cold brew

Benchmark Dark | Colombia

Region: Colombia
Processing: washed
Tasting Notes: smoke, spice, dark chocolate

Currently a blend of El Roble and El Camino (a regional select from Colombia.) Robust and comforting as a drip, chocolatey and smooth as a cold brew, and a smoky, bold, espresso.

This is the same combination of beans as our Benchmark, but taken a dozen degrees hotter and 30 seconds longer when roasted.

It is the darkest coffee that we offer.

Benchmark Decaf | Colombia

This decaffeinated blend is incredibly smooth and versatile. It makes a delicious espresso, cold brew, and drip.

Coffee decaffeinated with this chemical-free, Swiss Water® Process leaves their facility 99.9% caffeine-free and ready for our team to roast.

If a picture is worth a thousand words, just imagine what an entire bag of coffee is trying to say. In an effort to translate, we rigged up our printer so that you can name and gift a bag of coffee to your friend or family member.
Include up to 60 characters of a heart-warming or knee-slapping message that we’ll put directly on a coffee label. The actual coffee information will also be printed below it.

Our bakery created a powdered hot chocolate mix that makes a great gift or pantry staple for home.  Just stir into a mug of warm milk according to the recipe on the label.  Serves 10.
Add a four-pack of our giant house-made marshmallows make the drink truly decadent.  

Available for a limited time, our made-from-scratch creamers are created in small batches multiple times a week so our customers have the freshest product possible. We experiment with different flavor profiles, revising recipes until we are satisfied we have the right blend. We think this attention to detail shows–allowing you to recreate your favorite drink at home.

Add a package of our house-made marshmallows to the Nutella Graham Creamer, and you’ve made your own version of our S’Mores coffee drink.

Our house-made Eggnog takes this seasonal beverage to a whole new level.  Add a shot of espresso to enjoy as a latte, as a fancy cream to your brewed coffee, or you can even whip it into the most festive of cold foams for your iced drinks.

Hardy Coffee Co. actually started as a tiny bakery.  When we were able to purchase the coffee shop that we were initially leasing kitchen space from in 2012, we tried just about every brand of chai on the market but (no offense) were just never completely happy with them.  Eventually, we threw our hands up (in the typical entrepreneurial fashion) and said, “We’ll just make it ourselves.”

And so we did. 

And it’s delicious. 

Not too sweet and spicy enough to cut through whatever milk you pair it with.

We’ve decided to take our chai game to the next level by collaborating with our friends and industry experts at Hugo Tea.  It’s our same recipe that you’ve come to know and love, but now it’s available in this innovative container that’s better for the environment, shelf stable, and shippable.

Cookies that are still warm from the oven. Your oven. Place an order to grab one dozen of our pre-portioned, frozen, cookie dough pucks for pickup any day of the week from our Highlander location.

Ingredients:
chocolate chip: butter, sugar, brown sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, semi-sweet chocolate chips
monster (gf): butter, peanut butter, sugar, brown sugar, eggs, corn syrup, vanilla, baking soda, quick oats, m&ms, chocolate chips.
Storage: Keep frozen until ready to bake.
Baking: Preheat oven to 325°F.  Place frozen cookies on baking sheet, about one inch apart. Bake for 10 minutes–rotating halfway through.  Cookies are done when edges appear golden brown and centers are slightly lighter in comparison.
